After studying Engineering Surveying at University in Nottingham, I worked on an oil platform in the North Sea. It was not long before I realized there was more to life than working offshore!

Now in my 6th year with VentureCo, my passion for South America led me to purchase property in Argentina where I spend my time between trips.
BEST THING ABOUT BEING A VC LEADER
Thinking about all the people in the real world, going to work in an office every morning.
FAVOURITE PROJECT
Building a community house in the cloud forest in Wapù, Ecuador; not only for the friendly local people, but also for the all girl group of venturers!
FAVOURITE TREK
Torres del Paine Circuit on the Patagonia Venture, because it’s in Patagonia, the most beautiful place in the world.
BEST LOCAL PHRASE
“Cuarto de Pollo con Papas Fritas sin ensalada, solo pollo con papas nada mas, sin ensalada, sin decoración…” and seeing how much salad they can put on my plate.
