In this section you will find details about how and why we started VentureCo, our attitude to responsible travel and the standards to which we aspire. VentureCo is a unique company, not only because of our 3-phase approach to travel, but because we set ourselves high standards, and so far, we have achieved them. One of our greatest assets is our Venture Leaders: they are experienced travellers and fluent in the range of soft skills that leading a Venture require. The illusive factor we look for in a potential leader is “rolemodelability”: not a term you are likely to find in the dictionary, but none the less, one that sums it up well.
