"For a couple of old 'cojjers' VentureCo could not have worked out a better itinerary and we thought the price was right. Regrettably we did not have a break down to compare with others who had booked tours on the islands, but we thought we had the best deal."

"A good introduction to the Galapagos which made the subsequent cruise all the more enjoyable."

"One of the highlights was finding our 'own' iguanas on the beaches of San Cristobal."

I went out to do a recce on the Galapagos projects and was totally inspired by the situation I found myself in. Whilst the Galapagos Islands and their wildlife are incredible, I was actually slightly aprehensive about the overwhelming amount of tourists I might meet. However the project site was a far cry from this, just volunteers and the Galapagos forests. The work on the project was, hard, rewarding and beneficial to the islands, and gave you a chance to see a part of the Galapagos Islands not normally seen. There was a great mix of volunteers on the projects and weekends were spent exploring the beeches and near by islands with new friends. No doubt trying to find your own family of iguanas on deserted beeches away from the cameras was a very special time.
