Venture Co is a close knit company; we pride ourselves on having dedicated and skilled staff, both at home and abroad. Our personnel range from administrators based at our Warwick office, to expedition leaders based in the field and broad range of project partners worldwide. Everyone at VentureCo works to supply you with the best possible Gap Year or Career Break experience. This is achievable because of the huge range of skills, knowledge and enthusiasm amongst our staff. Our UK office drives the Venture preparations and departures, from marketing through to dealing with airlines and juggling logistics, the UK office is where it takes place. Our leaders come from all manner of backgrounds, but have a huge wealth of experience and training. Whether it’s ice climbing, rafting, mountaineering or knitting, they've done it! Over the years VentureCo has been part of many exciting initiatives: ideas that strive for change but struggle for funding. By partnering such initiatives, through the VentureCo Trust, we can supply the manpower and materials to make the project happen! Over the years we have completed over seventy worthwhile projects across the Americas, Africa and Asia. To make the projects the success that they are we have in-country managers who are local nationals. Their role is to co-ordinate projects by providing the vital link to the local community.
