If there is one destination in the whole world that features on most “Bucket Lists” it has to be the Galapagos Islands.
Getting to the Galapagos is a bit of a mission (we can make all the arrangements) but once you’re there every day will reveal something new and quite remarkable: technicolour crabs with flamboyant names, snorkelling with mischievous sea-lions who are keen to know all about you, or diving with shoals of hammerhead sharks one hundred strong.
The choice of cruises is spectacular from sailing yachts, motor launches and some really impressive catamarans. Don’t forget the “dry” options too: a few days in a land hotel, with trips to the interior of the islands is highly recommended.
