Horse Riding Holidays in Uganda

Uganda

Riding holidays in Uganda are few-and-far-between. But the few that exist are excellent: well cared-for horses, knowledgeable guides and riding along the bank of the River Nile is thrilling.

Rides in Uganda combine well with a visit to the mountain gorillas in the west of Uganda (and across the border in Rwanda) and with safaris to parks such as Queen Elizabeth National Park (tree-climbing lions) or the remarkable Murchison Falls in the National Park of the same name, where the Nile flows through a narrow rock crevice.

Don't forget N’gamba if you would like to see chimps at very close quarters. And for the adrenaline junky, the whitewater rafting below Owens Falls on the White Nile is quite as good as the best that the River Zambezi has to offer!

Let VentureCo create your perfect adventure.
